Hope Rekindled
In Western Equatoria state, REDO’s community dialogues are providing crucial support to victims of human rights violations through victim support groups. This vital work, backed by UNDP South Sudan and the Peacebuilding Fund, is driving healing and justice. Our groups offer a safe space for survivors to share experiences, fostering collective healing and solidarity. These dialogues empower members with knowledge of their rights and inform REDO’s advocacy for transitional justice mechanisms like the CTRH Act 2024 and CRA Act 2024. The impact is clear: members find renewed purpose, strengthened social cohesion, and their experiences inform vital advocacy for victim-centered justice.
We deeply appreciate #UNDPSouthSudan and the #PeacebuildingFund. Your support enables us to sustain these groups, train facilitators, and amplify grassroots voices in Western Equatoria, actively building a future of dignity and accountability.
