Mr. Gima Robert James is the Founder and Executive Director of the Road to Economic Development Organization (a National CSO) that focuses on the integral Development of human beings to achieve Peace and Sustainable Development.
To His 8 years working experience Knowledge of international criminal and human rights law and norms and experience in providing support to the most vulnerable members of society through legal advice/counselling and legal awareness on protection of peoples’ rights
Mr. KANI has an added expertise in the fields of project management; counter fraud/counter corruption and safeguarding, a fraud investigator/safeguarding focal point with United Nations Mission in South Sudan (Special Investigation Unit).
A holder of BA degree in Economics (First class Honors) from The Catholic University of South Sudan, LLB from Uganda Christian University (UCM) and other numerous trainings in fraud investigation (safeguarding, computer applications, media and advocacy, budget monitoring and tracking (Centre for budget policy and accountability – Kampala, Uganda).
He is also a trained Humanitarian Negotiator from the Netherlands Institute of International Affairs (Clingendael Institute) and a certified Responsible Negotiator from the Globle Executive Leadership Initiative (Responsible Negotiation for Senior Leaders Program)
